Team News

PSG:

As we all know, Ligue 1 is not a big competition for PSG as they have by far the strongest squad. PSG has won their last 4 games. 3 in Ligue 1 and 1 in Coupe de France. The last game they lost was against Real Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeu. PSG still aren’t lucky as they look, Neymar got injured against Marseille and he will not be available to play for at least 6 weeks. PSG still has Di Maria who is an ex-Real Madrid player. Di Maria has been performing good recently by scoring 4 goals in his last 4 games with PSG, so it should not be a big problem for PSG.

Possible line-up:

Areola, Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Kurzawa, Motta, Rabiot, Verratti, Di Maria, Mbappé, Cavani.

Real Madrid:

When we go to the other side, Real Madrid is struggling less than the start of this season. They have become better since the 2nd half of the season but they’re not like PSG who dominates their league. Of course PSG has weaker opponents but Real Madrid has a very strong squad too. In their last 5 league games they’ve won 4 of them which is really good. They have lost 1-0 to Espanyol by conceding a last minute goal. Marcelo, Modric and Kroos are not 100% sure to play against PSG, all three are very important players so it may be difficult.

Possible line-up:

Navas, Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo (or T.Hernandez), Casemiro, Modric (or Kovacic), Vazquez, Asensio, Benzema, Ronaldo.

Writers Opinion:

In my opinion, this game will be a game with lots of goals. The winner may be PSG but Real Madrid will still go through.
