Mohun Bagan fans will be looking to find that glorious performance of Sony Norde which he had shown in Siliguri in prestigious Federation Cup against the arch rival. After Khalid Jamil’s arrival, Norde has been given the free role, to roam in the field independently for building attacks. It will be a difficult task for Alejandro Menendez to nullify Norde in upcoming derby. 3. Jobby Justin

The Keralian striker has discovered himself in a better way under Spanish gaffer Alejandro Menendez. Jobby has shown his valour through out the league by scoring 7 goals & 3 assists so far. He is currently the top scoring Indian player in ongoing I league & will be looking to do better against Mariners. Jobby scored a world class volley goal in the previous derby.

In the previous derby, he scored too. Azhar was used in Shankarlal era, not sure whether he’ll play the derby or not. But if he plays he will be a trump card for Mohun Bagan for sure.

5.Dipanda Dicka :

The Cameroonian goal machine was introduced in the arena of Indian football by DSK Shivajians. But he discovered himself in Shillong Lajong FC by bagging the award of top scorer. Dipanda Dicka played one of the best games last year when he scored a brace against arch rival in YBK. This year his form has dipped a  bit, still he scored an incredible goal against East Bengal in previous tie. Khalid Jamil may use Dipanda Dicka ahead of Henry Kisseka in the upcoming derby.
